WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A SESSION

Firstly, we will discuss your medical history, followed by an explanation and demonstration of how muscle testing works. Typically a session is performed fully clothed, lying on your back on a massage table. Various muscles will be tested, beginning with your arms and legs to indicate where we should focus our attention on for the session. 

 

After a session, reactions may vary. Many clients report feeling calm and relaxed, with their symptoms easing within a few days.

 

 

WHAT CAN KINESIOLOGY HELP WITH?
