Reflections

How did you go reflecting back on 2018? It's not too late to go through the exercise and the form can be found here. If you are interested to see what mine looked like, here's a little excerpt.

1) I'm proud of being able to provide the appropriate help at the appropriate time to people so that their lives can be a little easier. I'm proud achieving the work/life balance which allows me to dedicate time to the things which are important to me such as maintaining good health, cultivating good relationships, owning a successful practice and continuing to learn and travel.

2) Things I would like to improve on is my knowledge on managing my finances better. I'd also like to be better at letting go of things, whether they are objects or grudges or memories, that no longer serve me.

3) What I've learnt in my professional (and personal) life is that you are not alone and that you are not the only one who feels stuck, unhappy or frustrated. By acknowledging those feelings and then asking for the best suited help, it will open doors to more optimistic possibilities.

4) Fittingly, my word for 2019: Possibilities.
