Take time to reflect on the past year, and look forward to the new one ahead.
As we near the end of 2017, I have been working with clients on the goals they would like to achieve for 2018. You may have started the year by setting the intention to lose weight or balance work and family better but find there's further work to do. A common reason that new years resolutions don't pan out the way we had hoped is the lack of a systematic process of revision, examination and implementation. With that in mind, I invite you to join me on a reflection exercise I’m also doing for myself. So let’s bring about those wishes and intentions and look out for my article in January 2018 where we will talk about how to turn your goals into reality.
