A few tips to help you prepare:
- Get into a comfortable place, where you won't be disturbed for 30-45 minutes
- Have a journal, notebook and writing pens, or if you are using your laptop/device, turn off notifications so you won't be interrupted
- Put your phone away or on another table/room
- Sometimes, having soft instrumental music can help with the reflection time
- And just enjoy, this is your time!
